Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to the following countries: Belgium, France, Spain, Germany, and the Netherlands.

2. Shipping Provider

We partner with BPOST as our primary shipping carrier to ensure reliable and efficient delivery services. Depending of the constraint, we keep the right to work with another transporter without any notification to the customer.

3. Shipping Rates and Timeframes

Shipping rates and delivery timeframes may vary based on the destination and the chosen shipping option. Customers can view the applicable rates and estimated delivery times during the checkout process.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. However, during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status and estimated delivery time of your package.

6. Customs and Duties

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. We recommend checking with local customs authorities for information on potential additional charges.

7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance delays or transportation issues may occur. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional fees incurred due to incorrect addresses will be the responsibility of the customer.

9. Returns and Refunds

9.1 In accordance of the Consumer Code, following an online order, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt by the Customer or by a third party designated by the Customer for the products subject to the order, to exercise their right of withdrawal. If the period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, or non-working day, this period is extended until the first working day following.

 

9.2 The exercise of the right of withdrawal is excluded for the following products:

  • Products likely to perish rapidly or deteriorate quickly;

  • Products that you have unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection; and

  • Products that, after being delivered and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.

9.3 To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify your decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement:

Once your withdrawal intention is communicated, the Products must be returned to the address indicated by the Customer Service and cannot be returned to the store, without undue delay and in any case within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days after you have communicated your withdrawal decision. The Customer must bear the return costs of the Products. (e) The refund will be made via the payment method used at the time of purchase and will take place as soon as possible after receipt of the returned Product(s), and no later than 14 days from the day Panteaon is informed of your withdrawal decision from this contract. Purchases made by e-gift card are not refundable in cash, by check, or by credit card, but the e-gift card can be recredited. (f) The refund can only occur if the Product is returned in perfect condition, in its original form, i.e., without being used, damaged, and without compromising its commercial quality. PANTEAON will not accept the return of opened, unpacked, damaged, or used Products. (g) The timeframe in which the refund of this amount will be reflected on your credit/debit card may vary depending on your bank's practices, and PANTEAON cannot be held responsible in this regard. PANTEAON will proceed with the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any case, this refund will not incur any fees for you. (h) The Customer who placed the order is the only one who can exercise this right of withdrawal. In the case of delivery to a different person, this right cannot be exercised by the recipient of the order.
